According to investigators, Kristina Nelson, 43, has admitted to making up a dramatic story in which she and her husband, Judge William Nelson, were victims of an armed robbery. Police believe she then forged the signature of Judge Sheila Carlisle to corroborate that story. Nelson said her husband was not involved.
