Caitlin Walter was killed in her Indianapolis apartment in May. Ford, 28, the son of a veteran IMPD officer, killed himself after shooting Walter, police say. Three weeks earlier, Walter called police, saying Ford was trying to break in. Police responded, but didn’t arrest Ford. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
