Colliers International has closed on the sale of Waterfront Office Park, a four-building complex that includes 201,276 square feet of Class B+ office space.
The property is at 2611-2780 Waterfront Parkway East Drive, near the Interstate 465/Interstate 74 interchange in Speedway.
Colliers announced the deal Sept. 30. The seller was New Boston Fund. The buyer’s name was not disclosed.
Alex Cantu, Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund, all of whom are brokers in Colliers’ Indianapolis office, represented the seller in the transaction.•
