Griffin has more than 30 years of industry experience. He previously served as chief financial officer at Bahamas-based Energy XXI, a post he left in October 2014. Griffin was one of three founders of that company.
Griffin replaces Patrick Murray, who is becoming the company’s chief accounting officer and vice president. In this role, Murray will be responsible for accounting, information technology and external reporting at the publicly held company.
