The firm’s Web site was taken down last week and calls to its 11590 N. Meridian St. offices were not returned.
The company was founded by Brent, Brad and Angie Seaman in 2007. Last year, the principals said they’d provided salespeople to 140 software and technology companies too small or constrained to maintain their own sales forces. Sales Diesel projected sales could reach $12 million this year.
Earlier last year, the firm said it had 60 employees and planned to add 50 more.
Brent Seaman, CEO, had previously operated a real estate investment business, BA Seaman and Associates.
In 2001, he pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and served a 17-month prison sentence. He was charged with using funds from mortgages obtained from Mortgage Company of America to buy homes at market value. Investigators said he obtained inflated appraisals of the properties and sold them to others at higher prices.

Hello! I am a local journalist located in Naples, Florida. I am researching the recent accusations against Brent Seaman for a ~35 million dollar Ponzi Scheme. I am writing to IBJ to obtain the non-redacted version of this article. Please email me at jeffkraig606@gmail.com if this is something you are able to provide to me. Thank you very much!
