The architectural and interior design firm on Wednesday announced plans to double its office space in the Stutz Business Center, 1060 N. Capitol Ave., to 2,400 square feet, giving it room to begin growing its staff.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said it was offering Delv up to $240,000 in conditional tax credits and $40,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans.
The company, which now has four employees, must have 29 workers by the end of 2021 to fully comply with the incentive agreement.
Delv was founded by partners Jeremy and Amanda Welu of Fishers and Cara Weber and Chris Lake of Zionsville in early 2015.
The firm has 55 clients nationally and has completed more than 100 design projects since its founding.
Delv said it is currently preparing to hire graduate architects, with eventual plans to hire mid-level architects, project managers and interior designers.
The positions are expected to pay on average more than 50 percent above the state average wage of $21.21 per hour.
