Housing sales

The mild winter has meant more home sales at the beginning of the year than usual, said F.C. Tucker President Jim Litten. That means April, May and June—when the “market is usually on fire”—may not be as robust as in the past. “But I’m still optimistic about this year,” Litten said. “There are so many positive things going on.”• Click here to see the Housing sales chart.
