The company, which now has its office at 912 N. Delaware St., has executed a purchase agreement for the 27,000-square-foot
building but has yet to close the deal, said Chuck Cagann, president of Mansur Real Estate Services.
The building
has been vacant since WFYI moved a few blocks north to 16th and Meridian streets 15 months ago. A second WFYI building, at
1433 N. Meridian St., remains available for sale, and two prospective office users are negotiating to buy it.
