The Indiana University Board of Trustees have elected Fort Wayne surgeon Dr. William Cast to a two-year term as the board’s
president.

The board elected officers during its meeting today in Indianapolis. It elected trustee Patrick Shoulders
vice president.

Cast, who received his medical degree from IU, is CEO of NoMoreClipboard, an online, patient-controlled
personal health-record management system. He was founding chairman of DuPont Hospital in Fort Wayne and was founding president
of Canterbury School, a pre-kindergarten through 12th grade school in Fort Wayne.

Cast succeeds Stephen Ferguson,
who served two consecutive terms as president.

Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels appointed Cast to the Board of Trustees
in July 2005 and reappointed him to a second three-year term in July 2008.
