Allegiant will offer the twice-a-week flights on Mondays and Fridays beginning Nov. 17 and running through February. Some of the flights will be offering limited promotional one-way fares for as low as $49 if purchased by Thursday.
Phoenix will be Allegiant’s 12th nonstop destination from the Indianapolis International Airport.
In adding the seasonal flight, Allegiant will join two other airlines that also offer direct Indianapolis-to-Phoenix service. Southwest Airlines and American Airlines also offer the route.
The news was part of a larger announcement for Las Vegas-based Allegiant, which said it will be adding a total of 28 new routes between August and December.
