Wynkoop tops list for sixth time, with $48M
Scott Wynkoop tops the list of the city’s All-Star solo agents for the sixth year in a row. His focus on low price point and high volume brought his total sales volume to nearly $48 million in 2015 and 2016—and while that’s less than his two-year total in 2015, it’s enough to take the top spot.
Wynkoop closed 752 transactions during the two-year period.
Jennifer Blandford of Carpenter Realtors takes over the No. 2 spot, up from No. 4 a year ago, with 2015 and 2016 sales volume of $45.6 million. She had 166 total transactions.
Stephen Clark of Keller Williams stays near the top but drops one spot to No. 3, with volume of nearly $45 million and 166 trasactions.
