Netfor Inc., a Fishers-based tech support company, announced plans Monday to spend $4 million on an office expansion in Fishers that is expected to lead to 97 new jobs over the next four years.

The company said it will move from 11810 Technology Drive to larger office nearby in Fishers Tech Park. The leased 17,500-square-foot office will more than double the size of its current office.

Netfor did not disclose the address for the new office, but the firm filed a building permit last month for 12115 Visionary Way, which is part a 23-acre office development in Fishers that involves a major renovation of the former Charles Schwab & Co. regional client center.

The company, which provides technology support for software and cloud-based information technology products, plans to move into the new space by the end of the year, giving it more call-center space and collaborative work areas.

“We are experiencing significant growth with our cloud service desk, a team that helps support environments like AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft’s cloud products,” Raquel Richardson, president for Netfor, said in written remarks.

Netfor, which already has 119 Indiana employees, said it has begun hiring for positions in sales, customer service, cloud support and field operations.

Founded in 1995, Netfor provides technical support in health care, retail, life sciences, government and logistics. It has clients in the United States, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Netfor up to $340,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $25,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans. The incentives hinge on the company’s ability to meet hiring goals.
