Subscribe NowFlaherty & Collins, which is wrapping up its $120 million 360 Market Square apartment project in Indianapolis, has reached a development agreement for a $75 million mixed-use project in the Cleveland suburb of Cleveland Heights.
Cleveland Heights, which owns the project site, said in a press release that its city council has approved legislation authorizing the city manager to sign the development agreement. The project includes market-rate apartments, a hotel and retail space.
The lead project developer for Flaherty & Collins is Deron Kintner, who served as deputy mayor of economic development under former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.•
