Subscribe NowThis photograph from the 1940s shows a view of Indiana Avenue looking northwest from Ohio Street, with Sacks Bros. Loans to the left and a Firestone service station to the right. At that time, Indiana Avenue ended at Ohio Street. But the street was shortened by one block in 1982 for construction of what was then called the AUL Building but is now known as OneAmerica Tower. Indiana Avenue now ends at Capitol Avenue.
