The 3,200-square-foot restaurant will be located in the Weston Pointe Retail Center at 4400 Weston Pointe Drive, according to a media release from Le Peep Restaurants of Indiana.
The dining room will have seating for about 120 to 130 people. Outdoor patio seating will accommodate another 20 to 30 patrons.
Le Peep Restaurants of Indiana was acquired in January by a local investment group intent on making some improvements to the Indianapolis-area restaurants. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The new owners announced at the time that they would embark on renovations to the five existing restaurants. The changes are expected to include state-of-the-art coffee bars and new menu items (including vegetarian and gluten-free) with locally-sourced ingredients.
Beer, wine and champagne will also be added to the menus at each location.
Le Peep Restaurants of Indiana has locations at 8255 Craig St. in Castleton, 301 N. Illinois St. downtown, 8487 Union Chapel Road in Fashion Mall Commons, 6335 Intech Commons on the northwest side, and 12213 N. Meridian St. in Carmel’s Hamilton Crossing.
