Fundraising
The Indianapolis Professional Association to benefit from Leadership through Mentoring, Spring Organizational Networking Luncheon, the District Tap, 3720 E. 82nd St. on April 8 from 1:30 to 4: 30 p.m. Tickets: Individual: $35. Table Sponsorship: $600 with up to six seats and other entitlements. Financial Co-sponsorship: $2,500-$4,500 with up to eight seats with specific marketing entitlements. All checks and money orders should be made payable to the Indianapolis Professional Association and mailed to IPA Treasurer, P.O. St. Mary’s Child Center to benefit from 25th Annual Spring Soiree, April 13 at Biltwell Event Center. VIP Bourbon Tasting from 6:30-7:30 p.m., with Spring Soiree beginning at 7:30 p.m. Guests can add a ticket for the VIP Bourbon Tasting for $25 per person; limited tickets available. Cancer Support Community to benefit from Laughing Matters comedy fundraiser on April 14, at Hilbert Circle Theatre featuring Whoopi Goldberg. Delaware St. Enjoy dinner, silent auction, wine pull and performance by principal oboist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Jennifer Christen; flutist Alister Howlett and pianist Gregory Martin. Grants
The Jewish Community Center received $10,000 from the Efroymson Family Fund for sponsorship support for the Unity Project, a mission to build respect and understanding between various communities, especially the black and Jewish communities, through dialogue and the arts.
