Subscribe NowTom O’Brien Co. operated a used-automobile dealership on Virginia Avenue in the spot where Milktooth, a celebrated brunch spot, is now located. This photo was taken on March 1, 1954, and the two buildings on either side of the lot remain standing. Founder Thomas O’Brien launched his auto sales in 1933 across the street with a Desoto-Plymouth dealership. The parent company is now known as O’Brien Automotive Family, with two Indianapolis locations and one in Greenwood.
