community Web sites without technical assistance.
The Indianapolis-based firm has 30 neighborhoods registered
as part of a test program, said Joe Gallagher, one of three veteran Web developers who founded the firm in 2007.
“I have lived in three neighborhoods and found it difficult to find basic information on things such as covenants,
or to connect with neighbors beyond those living next door,” said co-founder Michael Kritsch.
The software
includes capabilities for classified ads, neighborhood directories and photo galleries. Homeowners’ association board
members can also use the system to send mass e-mails to residents.
