A talent-search agency specializing in the health care and life sciences industries plans to add 25 jobs to its Fishers office by 2022, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced Thursday.

ROI Search Group LLC, founded in 2014 by the group's president, Stacey McCreery, will invest $100,000 to expand its headquarters at 10475 Crosspoint Blvd. in Fishers. ROI will add 2,000 square feet and renovate its existing structure for office and training space.

The company will receive up to $1.025 million in state tax credits as part of its expansion. Those credits are conditional, meaning they are only awarded if ROI adds jobs.

Operating in Maine, South Dakota and Indiana, ROI Search Group currently employs five full- and part-time associates in Indiana. Two other full-time talent-search specialists recruit from the other states.

The 25 new hires will be in addition to ROI’s current employment numbers, McCreery said in a phone call.

Potential positions include senior roles on the business development team as well as talent-acquisition specialists. Officials said they will later determine whether positions are needed in more general business areas like marketing, finance, human resources and IT.

The city of Fishers may also offer incentives as the company expands.

"We are proud to tell people what makes Indiana a great place to work and live,” McCreery said. “This helps us attract top talent from all over the nation to relocate to our great state.”
