Marion County GOP Chairman Jim Merritt announced Wednesday that a Republican caucus has been scheduled for Sept. 11 to fill the vacancy in the Council District 16 seat.
The private caucus is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Shoefly Public House, 122 E. 22nd St.

Miller was one of eleven Republicans on the 25-member City-County Council.
