A Latin market and tapas bar called El Bodegon is slated to open soon along 96th Street in Fishers.
The shop
will feature a grocery store with fine food and wines from South America and Spain, and a dining area serving small-plates
including empanadas and paella.
The space previously was home to the salad-focused Tossed chain. The new market,
which will also offer catering services, is in a strip center owned by locally based Centre Properties and anchored by Beauty
Brands and Panera.
