Superintendent Ferebee will be remembered for his commitment to innovation, improvement, and taking the necessary steps to ensure IPS is viable and effective for all young people. What I admire most about Dr. Ferebee is his relentless focus on the students entrusted to his care, even in the face of tremendous adversity. This is the character of a true leader, and Dr. Ferebee repeatedly demonstrated that he only cared about the mission of doing whatever necessary to improve the lives of children in our community.
