A Western-themed restaurant called Cadillac Ranch is slated to open before the end of the year in Union Station.

Ohio-based Primeco Development has agreed to lease 23,000 square feet in the city-owned building, using more than half of
the space for an outpost of its popular country-rock concept. The chain now operates locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Las
Vegas and four other cities. Primeco plans to use the rest of the space for another restaurant concept it has not yet identified.

Cadillac Ranch will host corporate events and receptions and feature a mechanical bull above an inflatable floor,
said Larry Davis, a principal in Sitehawk Retail Real Estate who helped broker the deal. The nonsmoking restaurant will serve
casual American fare.

Davis and Michael Cranfill of Sitehawk represented the tenant in the deal, and Mary Hauser
with Browning Investments represented the city.
