Steel Dynamics Inc. CEO Keith Busse said today that it is considering whether to make an offer for Lisle, Ill.-based Ipsco Inc., which makes steel pipe for the energy industry. Also showing interest in Ipsco are Evraz Group SA of Russia, according to Bloomberg.
