The Department of Health said it wants to put the facility on probation, and require the facility to hire a nurse and licensed administrator consultants.
Among violations found in four inspections between July 2006 and March 2, 2007 are failing to follow doctor’s orders for a patient receiving anticoagulation therapy, and failing to ensure nurses provided cardio-pulmonary resuscitation for a resident who was found without a pulse or respiration.
