Miller & Associates, the Greenfield consulting firm that wrote the state’s economic development plan.
Lewellen, 54, spent most of his seven-year tenure at CICP heading research and development initiatives in entrepreneurship, technology transfer and manufacturing.
CICP is a not-for-profit organization of business and university executives focused on economic development.
