The trial court ruled against Brenwick Associates LLC in a suit the developer brought against the Boone County Redevelopment Commission.
Brenwick claims it would lose tax breaks offered by Whitestown if the county starts a tax-increment financing district on land Brenwick owns and Whitestown wants to annex.
