The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission last week sent its fourth letter in five months to Rockies Express seeking environmental information and project details necessary for the commission’s review process. Rockies Express plans a pipeline that would run from Colorado to Ohio, with a 622-mile section running underground through nine Indiana counties.
