Keller employs 100 at a printing facility it operates at 6448 Saguaro Court on the northwest side. It mostly supplies Eli Lilly and Co.
The company has 400 at a printing facility in Evansville and another 100 at its ad agency, also in Evansville.
Keller spokeswoman Amy Preske said no significant changes are expected under the new ownership.
Clondalkin focuses on flexible and specialty packaging at more than 40 production locations in Europe and North America.
