PepsiCo will build 1.1 million square feet of distribution space at Stansted Road and AmeriPlex Parkway in the southwest end of AmeriPlex, according to Holladay Properties, which owns and manages the park and is based in South Bend. A second phase might result in an additional 500,000 square feet.
