Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry experts called it a strong mid-to-high seven-figure deal for Just Marketing, which also has offices in Charlotte.
Ground was broken Jan. 25 for the Hall of Fame, and the facility is expected to open the first quarter of 2010.
The $154 million facility will comprise 130,000 square feet. It will include exhibit space, a 250-seat theater, a themed restaurant and the Hall of Honor-which will house commemorations of Hall of Fame inductees.
An accompanying 19-story, 390,000-square-foot NASCAR Plaza also is under construction and is projected to open in March 2009.
Just Marketing is preparing to begin marketing sponsorships this summer, focusing initially on current NASCAR partners.
Just Marketing works with numerous NASCAR sponsors, including Crown Royal, DirectTV, Ford Motor Co., Irwin Industrial Tools and Subway Restaurants.
