Manuszak/Schoff principal Alan Schoff had moved to California to care for elderly parents, and the stress of balancing the care with his role at the marketing firm had grown too cumbersome, said Willow President Brad Gillum.
Manuszak principal Mark Manuszak has joined Willow as senior art director. The lone remaining employee is not joining Willow.
Willow has 11 employees.
Manuszak client Jarden Home Brands, a former Ball Corp. unit based in Muncie that makes canning-jar lids, will be transferring its business to Willow. Jarden is moving its headquarters to Daleville from nearby Muncie and plans to hire 40 workers.
Willow is based downtown, and counts as clients the Independent Colleges of Indiana, August Mack Environmental Inc. and Ohio Valley HealthCare as clients.
