Cynthia England, a former partner at the Indianapolis advertising firm Pearson McMahon Fletcher England, has started a company that plans, buys and manages advertising for client companies.

The new Indianapolis company, Regarding Media and Marketing LLC, was launched with Nanci Albrecht, a former senior vice president of Cincinnati-based JA&G Advertising. JA&G has an Indianapolis office.

England, who was Pearson executive vice president/media director, was one of three partners to leave the agency in May after Pearson opted not to pursue the advertising account of long-time client HHGregg Appliances Inc. Soon after putting the $20 million-plus account up for bid, the Indianapolis-based appliance and electronics retailer announced it had teamed with Zimmerman Advertising of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

England was the main media strategist for the Gregg account.
