David Long, the Indiana Senate’s President Pro Tempore, has hired Barnes & Thornburg associate attorney Jeffrey L. Papa as his first chief of staff. Papa also will be the Fort Wayne Republican’s chief legal counsel.
Papa has held several positions with the Senate Republicans. A economics major at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, the Zionsville resident also earned a master’s degree in economics from Ball State University and a law degree from IUPUI.
