Quantum Investments bought the property from Illinois-based Westminster Funds, said Jenna Rowe, a spokeswoman for CB Richard Ellis, which marketed the property.
Rowe said the sale price was between $100 and $125 per square foot, but she would not give an exact price. The 298,000-square-foot building is 98-percent occupied.
Landmark Center was last assessed for tax purposes at $23.5 million.
