Neither Heydon nor trustees of the 149-bed hospital, which is owned by Johnson County, will discuss the length of the contract and any severance package Heydon might have been offered, among other details, according to the Daily Journal of Franklin.
Among details that have been disclosed are Heydon’s $259,000 salary, a vehicle allowance of $667 a month and a quarterly cash bonus of $1,250.
Hospital attorney B.J. Deppe would not provide a reason for not disclosing the information, the newspaper said.
Heydon, the hospital’s vice president of finance, starts Monday. He replaces long-time CEO Gregg Bechtold, who resigned abruptly in December.
