Indianapolis Road needs to be moved to make room for a stoplight to handle anticipated traffic resulting from developments including Whitestown Crossing and Medco, according to The Lebanon Reporter.
However, the Polk family wants to sell the entire 2.9-acre property, and the parties cannot agree on price.
