The $50 million warehouse eventually could be as large as 423,000 square feet, according to The Lebanon Reporter. It would be built on 59 acres in Lebanon Business Park.
Duke Realty Corp., which developed the park, wants to add 250 acres, including the 59 acres for Cold Storage.
Cold Storage was attracted to the site by the CSX rail line that extends along the park.
