Subscribe NowLaCrosse Footwear Inc., the Portland, Ore.-based seller of work and outdoor boots, has contracted with Browning Investments Inc. and ProLogis to build a warehouse in the Boone County community of Whitestown.
The 380,000-square-foot facility will be located in Park 267, an industrial park that Indianapolis-based Browning and ProLogis are developing near State Road 267 and Interstate 65. Subaru has a 500,000-square-foot warehouse in the park.
The facility, which consolidates two warehouses in its former headquarters city of LaCrosse, Wis., will serve the Midwest and East Coast.
The state offered $306,500 in tax credits and training incentives.
