Plans call for the $60 million Building V to be 753,000 square feet, expandable up to 1.1 million square feet. It is expected to be completed in November and suited for distribution, light manufacturing and assembly.
The building’s general contractor is Compass Commercial Construction Group and the architect is JRA Architecture. CBRE will
handle marketing and leasing for the building.
Mount Comfort Logistics Center is located on West County Road 300 North at North County Road 400 West along the Mount Comfort Corridor.
There are plans for eight Class A distribution buildings in the park, totaling more than 3.5 million square feet, across two campuses.
The park offers nearby access to the Interstate 70, I-69 and I-74 distribution corridors
“By expanding the park, we are also expanding economic opportunities to the local workforce,” Ambrose Executive Vice President of Development Grant Goldman said in written remarks. “The area has experienced 40% growth over the past year, and we’ve seen tremendous demand for our commercial real estate properties in Mount Comfort. Our goal is to attract more manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce companies to the area that, in turn, provide high-quality jobs.”
