    And replace it with?

    I think she is confusing “power structure” with “competence hierarchy.” We need hierarchies for our systems to function and we want the most competent individuals (regardless of identity) tasked with greatest responsibilities.

    I have difficulty taking any seriously any article that cites “microaggressions” since they are the new way for overly sensitive people claim they are “victims of being offended” even though offending someone is not a crime (perhaps impolite, but not a crime).

    If she was truly discriminated against because of her identity, that’s wrong and is a crime. But we have been provided little evidence to believe this to be true.

  2. Dropping a discrimination lawsuit b/c she didn’t want to win and be forced to sign a NDA is merely code for “my lawsuit was unwinnable”.
