  1. What is the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority to regulate this technology? “The Federal Communications Commission regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. An independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, the commission is the United States’ primary authority for communications law, regulation and technological innovation.” If an aviation accident results from implementation of 5G near airports, will AT & T and Verizon and supporting companies be liable for damages? It is the FAA’s domain that will be impacted by this technology, but it is the FCC’s obligation to regulate this technology to ensure aviation and public safety. Why has the FCC not stepped up to do so?
