  1. Please no. STRs in my near downtown neighborhood are a huge problem. When you have such a high percentage it tears the fabric of a community. They’re not neighbors their vacationers. What will it mean for community when a neighborhood has few full-time dwellers who call that area home? It’s easy to imagine in our location. Very concerning.
