Living Room Theaters will open in December, followed “shortly thereafter” by YogaSix and GoodNeighbor, as well as a new coffee shop, officials announced Wednesday.
The businesses will be among the first tenants to open during the first phase of the 12-acre, $300 million mixed-use development at 850 Massachusetts Ave., officials said.
Living Room Theaters, an eight-screen, high-end movie theater, will offer new Hollywood releases as well as first-run independent films, with tickets priced from $9 to $13.
YogaSix, a sensory yoga concept from Xponential Fitness, will be located adjacent to Living Room Theatres.
Good Neighbor a Detroit-based retailer, will occupy space on the first floor of the Bottleworks Hotel.
Wisconsin-based Blue Collar Coffee Co. also plans to open a cafe at the Bottleworks Hotel, which will begin welcoming guests sometime in the winter.
The first tenant to move into its space at Bottleworks was local tech incubator High Alpha over the summer. The Garage food hall is expected to open in January, according to its website. The space will feature more than a dozen food vendors and small businesses.
