  1. Again, this should be left to the states.
    The federal government is running huge deficits and the national debt is out
    of control.

    The states are suppose to be the laboratories of innovation.
    The states that innovate the best will be rewarded with more economic developments

    I don’t want our Indiana tax money going to other states to make them more
    competitive. It’s rediculious.
