  2. I don’t understand why they would not disclose the Credit Union’s name if Social Security Numbers, Birth Dates, etc… were compromised.

    1. It’s likely the account holders were notified of the breach, and were provided credit protection services in addition to the credit union insurance payments equal to the amount that was stolen.
