  1. How many grass cuttings do you have to do to save $147,000? Grass seems to grow just fine everywhere else in Carmel. There is no limit to the amount of tax dollars Brainard wants to spend.

  2. At $147,238, that’s $35.82/square foot. Maybe that’s a good price for what’s less than a typical residential yard. 4,110 square feet is approximately 1/14th of a football field.
