Even more disturbing is Biden ignored the Supreme Court warning that the ban couldn’t be extended without “clear and specific congressional authorization.” In other words, this ban is incredibly lawless. Not a chance our feckless Congress will legislate this leading to a massive eviction crisis brewing or a major housing bankruptcy crisis from the real estate world.

This is a terrible thing to do. So much for the private property rights of citizens who own property and have sacrificed and worked hard to build a business. Just throw the constitution out to accomodate the wishes of the liberals who mostly do not understand or appreciate what is required to run a business. It is another way the current administration is dividing us to further their agenda. Everyone is a victim these days. I am sick of it. Biden & Co are structuring a society where there is no incentive to work hard, save, make sacrifices to get ahead. Within 3 minutes on the internet, I found over 50 agencies that offer rent relief programs. Below is the URL from an agency in business since 1965. A phone call to the number of the site and the person answering the phone stated they had a shortage of applications and an abundance of funds to help. Behind on rent…there are many options to help…..but ignorance is no excuse so this moratorium needs to end. When business was shut down, leadership asking the public to quarantine…rent relief was needed….but not now. Businesses are open and the quarantines are limited only to the COVID positive. Time to pay your rent or move out!
