  1. Injured Ben Mathurin and Andrew Nembhard share the problematic theme of young, over aggressive players with a penchant of trying to do too much. Undersized and overconfident. Andrew has been solid, if not outstanding for 45 minutes per contest. With the exception of Nembhard’s clutch 3 pointer vs the Knicks, HE is the primary reason the Pacers did not win a single game against Boston. In game one, the infamous forced pass decision with a 3 point lead and less than 10 seconds on the clock. Game three being stripped by ball hawk Holiday in the closing moments. Missed shots and turnovers in games 4 and 5 where the Pacers failed to score in the last 3:33 of the game. Siakam, as well as he played, was also guilty of poor ball handling in all 4 losses down the stretch. Rick Carlisle and Pacers personnel decision makers need to find another great ball handler like McConnell, plus find some ‘beef’ for down low defense and rebounding in the offseason and the next draft. The Pacers are an abysmal 1-8 in conference final series’. You can’t give away 3 games thru 5 in a 7 game series and expect move forward.

    1. *1 Nembhard was a disaster in ever close game with 3 minutes or less to go. Apparently the Coach never got the memo.

    1. +1
No one was giving the Pacers a chance.
Maturity and experience from this year’s play offs will benefit the
      younger more aggressive players.
