What hypocrisy! The Chinese communists nationalize control of every aspect of their economy … and then cry foul when our government takes measures to make U.S. capabilities more competitive. No one is handcuffing the Chinese Communists from throwing more money at chip makers to make them more competitive. Let them step up to the plate. Hopefully, there will be a sizable portion of the $52 billion U.S. Chips Act dedicated to technology security. Otherwise the Chinese will simply pirate whatever innovations result from the U.S. investment. Way past time for the peasants in China to throw the Communists out. Except the Communists have all the guns.
